Llandudno trip - KS2

24 May 2019 (by admin)

Dear Parents/Carers Just a few helpful points about the ‘Llandudno’ trip.

  • Coach leaves at 7:30am prompt [please drop children off between 7am–7.15am at main entrance]
  • Arrival back at school 8.30pm approx.
  • Children will be allocated into groups [14-18 children] - each with at least 2 adults
  • Many staff are first aid trained
  • School uniform top and sensible shoes must be worn. Jeans or jogging bottoms are suitable but shorts would be ideal [easier for paddling]
  • Small towel/face cloth to dry feet
  • Lunch needed unless ordered from school [suitable bag please]
  • Extra food such as sandwiches, snacks and drinks should be taken to last the day [no cans/glass]
  • Inhalers [if needed] must be taken
  • No mobile phones/toys etc
  • Cameras [optional but will be the sole responsibility of your child]
  • Spending money [we recommend £5 - £10 for extra drinks, ice creams, chips etc.]
  • Sun hat/cream/wet weather gear as appropriate [please check forecast]

We will send out an app notification if we are going to be late back so please ensure that we have your up to date details.

Children will not be allowed on rides or amusements and there is limited

opportunity for shopping other than food.

Friday 7th June: school will be open as normal. However, children who visit Llandudno can have a later start of 10.30am if needed. It is expected that siblings and children who did not go on the trip arrive in school as normal.

Do you have any that the school can borrow for the day?
