BREAKFAST CLUB – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Early Birds Breakfast Club takes place each morning in the Community Room. Breakfast Club runs from 7.45 am to 8.50 am. Places are to be booked each week following the completion of this registration form. Parents and carers are required to fill out a booking form Friday weekly.

Charges

Daily Breakfast Club charge is £1.50. Breakfast Club payments are to be paid on a Monday for the week ahead. It will however be possible to pay on the day for any occasional days. Your child/children may lose their place if payments are not made on time.

Only in exceptional circumstances will the place be held with the agreement of the Headteacher.

Absence

If you have paid but your child is then absent the club will reduce the amount owing in the following week by the sum in credit. If your child is not attending the following week a refund will be given. 

If you have paid and the club has requested your child to no longer attend, any monies paid in advance, will be refunded within the following 7 days. If your child does not attend Breakfast Club for more than 2 weeks, they may lose their place and it may be given to a child on our waiting list.

Food/Drink

As part of this service, children are provided with a light snack of toast or cereal and squash. I will inform the Breakfast Club of any changes to Dietary requirements.

Security/Signing In

It is a requirement for all children up to Year 3 to be signed in each day by a parent or carer when handing over your child/children to a member of the staff.

(It is acceptable for Years 4 - 6 children to sign themselves in) 

Breakfast Club do not accept responsibility for your child’s possessions or valuables whilst attending the club.

Behaviour Contract:

I understand The Breakfast Club Coordinators reserve the right to exclude any children whose behaviour is disruptive and prevents them from providing a safe, stimulating and happy environment for other children.

Additional Information

Please complete and return your registration form as soon as possible.

Places are limited and allocated on a ‘first come first served basis’. 

Children without a Breakfast Club place should not be dropped off without checking first with Breakfast Club co-ordinators if there is availability to accommodate your family.

We will add your child/children’s name to a waiting list where necessary.
