Dear Parent/CarerWe are currently working with the Reflexions Service to look at ways of further improving the well-being of those in our school community. We want to collect your views surrounding five key areas that can have an impact on your well-being as a parent.Throughout the questionnaire, the use of the term ‘setting’ refers to the school/college's organisation. Your views are incredibly important in helping the setting to celebrate the successes of what works and to identify areas for development. During the questionnaire, you should think about the questions concerning yourself and your child/children. The term ‘parent’ includes carers and guardians of children.The questionnaire responses are anonymous. The information you provide will be analysed by the school’s Reflexions’ educational psychologist and they will share key information with the senior management team at the setting to inform an action plan.The questionnaire will take approximately 15 minutes and comprises of 29 questions which explore your life as a parent in the setting's community.
